One of the first institutional residential investment funds aimed specifically at the UK’s Private Rented Sector, Chris was pivotal to the initial growth phase of the Fund from £10million to £100million over a period of 5 years.

The growth was achieved through a mix of portfolio acquisition, development and joint ventures with the likes of the Berkeley Group and Beazer Homes. The portfolio spread from the central belt of Scotland to Windsor Great Park with properties specifically acquired for their suitability as sustainable long-term investments that would provide both a decent rental return and capital growth.
